SITTINGS
Booking:
- The sitting fee must be paid in full and in advance to secure your booking. If you need to rearrange your sitting date once the fee has been paid we will do our best to find a date to suit you. You may change the date up to 3 times; we will refund your money if no suitable date can be found. If the date is changed after this you may not be eligible for a refund. If you do not rearrange your sitting and fail to arrive on the appointed time your right to a refund is void.
- We will endeavour to produce all work ordered within the following time-frames:
prints: 10 working days
framed imagery/canvas/acrylics: 21 working days
albums: 42 working days
Archiving:
- All imagery will be archived within one month of the date of the viewing. To retrieve your imagery at this point will incur a fee of £25. 6 months after the date of your viewing your imagery will be deep-archived. To retrieve the work at this point will incur a fee of £50. This would go towards any product subsequently ordered.
Web galleries:
- If required your images can be uploaded to our web gallery for remote viewing. There is a fee of £35 per every calendar month for this service. We will contact you before the end of the month to confirm whether or not you wish to keep the images online.
- Your images will not be made live until payment has been received. The calendar month begins when payment is received.
- Your online gallery can be password protected if required. The login details will only be given to the persons involved in the sitting and will not be handed out to any other persons. You are at liberty to hand the login details out to whomever you wish but we will not do so.
- The online gallery may have online ordering associated with it. These prices may differ from those offered in the studio.
- The images in the gallery will be of a good standard to allow reasonable viewing but will not be of printable quality.

WEDDINGS:
Wedding terms and conditions can be found in full on the booking form.
There is a reservation fee of £290 payable to secure your date. Should you wish to cancel the wedding, our services or rearrange the date, this fee is refundable if we are contacted 6 months ahead of the date of your wedding. Should you cancel 2 weeks before the date you are entitled to a refund of 50%. Should you give less than 48 hours' notice you forfeit the right to a refund and the balance of the wedding package chosen becomes payable.

VOUCHERS
Hadland Foundation: The bearer is entitled to a full day of photography services from us (a value of £700), within a 30 mile radius of SP1 2BD. This can be used for any event of the bearer's choice but is strictly for one event only. This voucher could be used for a wedding, corporate team-building day or charity event for example but is not limited to these events. No products are included with this offer; the voucher is for time only. Products are available separately after the event; please contact us for details.

O2: You are entitled to a free sitting with us here in the studio, to include one 7"x5" print. We reserve the right to charge a £20 booking deposit, refundable after attendance for the sitting. The offer is subject to availability. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer. The voucher is not for resale, not redeemable for cash and not transferable. Only original unaltered vouchers will be accepted.

New Look: You are entitled to a free sitting with us here in the studio, to include one 7"x5" print. This is a family sitting and therefore at least two generations must be present. We reserve the right to charge a £20 booking deposit, refundable after attendance for the sitting. The offer is subject to availability. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer. The voucher is not for resale, not redeemable for cash and not transferable. Only original unaltered vouchers will be accepted.

Portrait vouchers: Here at Trinity Photography we produce a number of different vouchers with different monetary values. For ease of use, £49 equates to a sitting, or can be put towards a product of your choice. Products start at £54. There are some vouchers still in circulation with a value of £129 - again £49 of this covers the sitting with the remaining balance available to be spent on whichever products you wish. No vouchers have any cash value in whole or in part.

SCRATCH CARDS:
- There are five possible winning cards.
- Winning cards related to Sittings may only be used once and only one card may be used per booking. Cards are not transferable to other services.
- Certain winning cards are able to be used alongside or in conjunction with other winning cards please ask for details.
- More than one card may not be used at the same time.
- Cards can only be used towards Trinity Photography sittings and related products.
- Certain winning cards can only be used when booking a sitting and must be presented at time of booking.
- Trinity 'Delta' cards differ depending on the offer which may running at any one time. The offer at the time of booking is that which will be honoured and can not be changed retrospectively. Therefore a Delta card used at one time may well attract a different offer to one used at a different time. Please contact Trinity Photography for details.
- No card may be used retrospectively.
- Trinity Photography reserves the right to change offers without prior notice. All offers may have expiry dates please call 01722 422224 for details and to ensure you are not disappointed.
- All card offers are subject to availability, prior appointment and booking.
- No cards have any cash value in whole or in part.
- Cards may only be used once and may not be used in a split purchase.

GENERAL:
- Reorders: All reorders shall be treated as an extension of these Terms and Conditions and no responsibility for errors will be accepted unless orders are given in writing.
- Images: All image sizes are nominal. The photographer will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibres. It is sometimes impossible to record on film or in digital format the exact colour as seen by the human eye.
- Retouching: Retouching, digital manipulation and artist finishing is available to the client as an optional extra. A certain amount of retouching is carried out as standard but this is totally at the discretion of the photographer.
- Copyright: Any images or copies of images whether stored digitally or otherwise and any computer program including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically/electronically or by any other means an image created as part
of this contract without the permission of the photographer/s in writing. Any breaking of
seals in the viewing album will presume a breach of copyright.
- Negatives/Digital Files: Negatives/digital files remain the property of the photographer.
- Licence: The photographer shall be granted complete artistic licence including in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. The photographer's judgement regarding the locations/poses and number of images taken shall be final. Due to the vagaries of the weather and the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images requested.
- Majeure or Act of God: The due performance of these terms and conditions are subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control.
- Previews: The photographer will do his best to produce as wide a variety of proofs/preview prints but there is no guarantee that any particular number of proofs/preview prints will be produced.
- Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- Complaints: Any complaints should be raised by the client with the photographer, in writing, within 28 days of first becoming aware of the matter to be complained of and in any event within 28 days of receipt of the images.
