We've put a lot of thought into how we price weddings, and over the years we have tried our hardest to cater for everyone, regardless of their budget. We have seen a huge increase in the number of people who say they only want digital files, and we are happy to provide you with digital imagery. However, other than with our 'digital only' packages, you'll still receive an album! Technology changes so quickly that to provide you only with digital imagery from your wedding could almost be considered irresponsible. You can't put a CD into your iPad or smartphone; nor do they take a normal USB stick. Who knows what will happen over the next 5 years with our gadgets? For that reason, our wedding packages are based around providing you with a signature-designed album. Something you can cosy up with on the sofa; something that will still be there in 50 years' time and look just as good; something you can hold onto regardless of the technological changes taking place in our busy lives. With a wedding album you can put your feet up, take your time and re-live your wedding day all over again, whether that's on your first anniversary or your sixty-first.

We do not book lots of weddings each year; if we shot more than about 20 weddings a year we wouldn't be able to give each and every couple the very best level of service – weddings take a lot of time (which is one reason why good wedding photographers seem to cost a lot), from the pre-wedding shoot to the day itself to the post-production and the design of the album.  And if you have any questions please do let us know: 01722 422224/info@trinity-photography.co.uk

2022 Season Package A (Digital hourly rate only)- For an investment from £600 for the first hour you will receive:

This package is designed for you if you only need a photographer for a short period of time. The first hour is inclusive of:

~ beautifully-presented digital media of up to 100 full-resolution images (of your choice). It is your choice as to what images you would like to have – further images are charged at a rate of £25 each or £250 per additional set of up to 100 images. Images are fully processed, high quality files ready for any use you require them for.

~ web gallery upload (for you, your family and guests to browse and choose images to order - password protected on request)

N.B. this is a digital only package but other products can be added as required

2022 Season Package A+ (digital + media)- For an investment of £1,499 you will receive:

~ photographer for your day – generally this is from before the service and up to the wedding breakfast

~ beautifully-presented digital media of up to 200 full-resolution images (of your choice). It is your choice as to what images you would like to have – further images are charged at a rate of £25 each or £250 per additional set of up to 200 images. Images are fully processed, high quality files ready for any use you require them for.

~ web gallery upload (for you, your family and guests to browse and choose images to order - password protected on request)

N.B. this is a digital only package but other products can be added as required

2022 season Package B - For an investment of £2,950 you will receive:

~ photographer for your day - generally this is from before the service and up to the wedding breakfast

~ 10” personally-designed Trinity signature album, 10 double-page spreads [20 pages] (inc. up to 70 images. Further pages/images available; please ask for details)

~ web gallery upload (for you, your family and guests to browse and choose images to order - password protected on request)

~ 12” personally-designed Trinity signature album, 20 double-page spreads [40 pages] inc. up to 100 images. Further pages/images available; please ask for details

~ beautifully presented personalised digital media with images from your album and any additional images fully edited and finalised (PLEASE NOTE that all images in your album are part of this set of images and it includes all and any 'extra' images you may have chosen to include in, for example, additional album pages or, perhaps, in a large frame that may not have been used in your album - i.e. all images which have been fully edited and finalised for the purpose of your wedding)

~ web gallery upload (for you, your family and guests to browse and choose images to order - password protected on request)

~ full set of low resolution images provided via an online link for you to download and share on social media, email etc. (PLEASE NOTE that these images are only small and therefore are not suitable for printing - these are an initial set of 'proof quality' images from which you can choose the images you want in your album and for the full resolution digital set of up to 200 images)

~ two or three (depending on requirement) photographers throughout the day, covering both the bride and groom preparations and all the way through until the first dance

~ a full 14" personally-designed, Trinity signature album with cover of your choice and 30 double-page spreads [60 pages] (inc. up to 140 images. Further pages/images available; please ask for details)

~ two 10" parent albums which are replicas of your main album

​~ one (up to) 30" wall-art of your favourite image from your day

~ beautifully-presented digital media of ALL your wedding photos as full-resolution JPEG image files.  I.e. no need to decide what images to choose - you get ALL of the ones we present back to you and finalise for you. Typically, this can be 300+ full resolution images! It really depends on your wedding day.

~ web gallery upload (for you, your family and guests to browse and choose images to order - password protected on request)

~ pre-wedding shoot

~ a 'signing frame' for your wedding guests to sign and leave messages on the day

~ set of personalised thank-you cards (up to 40 cards) typically designed using one of your images from you day

Please note that to secure your wedding date a reservation fee of £350 is payable. This is then deducted from your final bill.

The small print - the bits which you probably won't read, and we promise there's nothing untoward or unexpected! The main things you should probably be aware of are travel and food, and we woudl also love to be able to use some of your images in our promotion and publicity BUT this will only be done if you give express permission; this we will talk to you about before hand. Other than that, it's all as you'd expect and of course will be included with the booking form - available to download here.
